Having originally emigrated from England and lived for the most part in Southland, Dave and his wife Yvonne moved to Dunedin in 1997.  Since then they have enjoyed living on the Otago Peninsula where they are privileged to live in a wonderful area and also able to enjoy regular contact with their four grandchildren.

Dave’s interests are based around pursuits that are enjoyed with family -  fishing, gardening and walking.

Dave has a business background, firstly in his own company and then as General Manager for a national distributor successfully marketing farm machinery equipment in Southland and Otago. They also owned a grain farm in the Gore area.
